How much does Ooperon cost?
Ooperon has three plans: Starter at $99/month with 1,500 automation runs, Pro at $199/month with 5,000 runs, and Max with unlimited runs and custom pricing. Every plan includes the full CRM, AI agents on every channel, and all integrations, with no separate AI add-on or per-seat license. And because a run is one complete automation from trigger to finish — not a per-task or per-operation charge like Zapier or Make — each run covers far more work than a single task or operation.
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. Ooperon does not charge per seat. Plans are billed by automation runs, so you can add your whole team without paying for additional seats, and the AI agents, CRM, and integrations are included in every plan.
Is message and voice sending included in the plan?
Message and voice sending — SMS, WhatsApp, voice minutes, and similar — is billed pay-as-you-go usage on top of your plan, since those carry real telecom and AI-provider costs. Your plan covers the CRM, the AI agents, and all integrations; you pay separately for the messages and calls your agents actually send.
What counts as an automation run?
An automation run is one complete execution of an automation — from its trigger through every step to the finish — for one contact. It's metered per run, not per step: a 20-step automation is a single run, where a per-task tool like Zapier would bill about 20 tasks and Make about 20 operations. Starter includes 1,500 runs a month, Pro includes 5,000, and Max is unlimited. Pick the tier that matches the volume of automated work your team runs.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Yes. Start on the plan that fits today and move up as your automation volume grows. Every plan includes the full CRM, AI agents on every channel, and all integrations, so upgrading is mostly about capacity — Pro additionally unlocks white labeling for agencies.
Can I white-label Ooperon for my clients?
Yes, on the Pro plan and above. White labeling puts your own brand on the platform: your logo, brand name, and accent color across the app, plus your own custom domain (like app.youragency.com) where your clients sign in and never see Ooperon. Invitation and password emails carry your brand too, and you can bill clients through your own Stripe account. Set it up in Settings under White Label.
