Facebook Messenger integration
AI agents on Facebook Messenger that reply, qualify, and book while keeping the CRM current. Coming soon to Ooperon.
Ooperon + Facebook Messenger
Facebook Messenger is coming to Ooperon as a native agent channel. When it launches, your AI agent will answer Messenger conversations in seconds, qualify the lead, and book the meeting, with the thread attached to the CRM contact — the same model Ooperon already runs on Instagram, SMS, email, live chat, and voice.
It is marked coming soon, not live today, so this page is for planning. Messenger is being built into the same one-agent-across-every-channel system, so a lead who starts in Messenger and finishes on a call will be one continuous record rather than two disconnected transcripts.
Answer Messenger leads instantly
When live, inbound Messenger conversations will get an immediate, qualifying reply from the agent rather than waiting for a human.
Qualify and book without a rep
The agent will hold the conversation, answer from your knowledge base, and book meetings, then update the CRM automatically.
Unified with your other channels
Messenger will share the same agent and contact record as Instagram, SMS, email, live chat, and voice, so context follows the lead.
Facebook Messenger integration FAQ
Can Ooperon answer Facebook Messenger today?
Not yet — Facebook Messenger is on the roadmap and marked coming soon. Instagram DMs and comments, SMS, email, website live chat, voice, Slack, and iMessage are live today.
Will Messenger conversations sync to the CRM?
Yes, that is the design: every Messenger thread will attach to the contact record so the pipeline stays current and the agent keeps context across channels.
Is this the same as the Instagram integration?
They are separate channels but share the same agent-operated model. Instagram DMs and comments are live now; Facebook Messenger is coming soon and will work the same way.
